A message from Judge Rosa

Thank you for taking the time and having the interest to read this page. The most important thing to me as a Supreme Court Justice for the past 13 years, and as a Court Attorney in Supreme and Family Court for 18 years before that, has been to assure each litigant that they are being heard.

In my court, I try to give every litigant and their lawyer the opportunity to present or defend their case. Whether it's a $2000 credit card fee dispute, a multi-million dollar corporate litigation, a divorce case, a custody case, a personal injury case, a medical malpractice case, a land or contract dispute, or any other, everyone's case is extremely important to them, and therefore to me. Each case deserves the respectful attention of the judge and her staff, and the efficient administration of justice. This is what we strive to do in my court.

My personal life centers around my family. I have been blessed with kind, loving, educated parents, and was fortunate enough to have two healthy strong daughters. They are adults now. Both are lawyers. My husband, James Constantino, is also an attorney. Together we enjoy traveling, cooking, reading and studying. My newest passion is pickleball!
